Maintenance & Health
Maintenance schedules and the Health view help you stay ahead of upcoming work, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Maintenance schedules
A maintenance schedule defines how often a piece of work should happen — for example, "service the chain every 3 months". You can add a schedule to an asset or component from its detail view.
Once a schedule is in place, Modutrack works out when the next service is due and warns you before it becomes overdue.
Health indicators
A health indicator is a visual cue that shows the current state of an item at a glance:
- Service due — work is coming up or already overdue, based on its schedule.
- Warranty status — whether an item is still in warranty or has expired.
These indicators appear on cards and detail views throughout the app, using colour to draw attention to anything that needs action.
The Health dashboard
The Health page brings everything that needs attention into one place — overdue services, items due soon, and expiring warranties — so you can plan your maintenance in a single view.
